Property and Finance
The Board shall consist of a chair and four (4) members at large, elected in staggered terms, in addition to the Business Manager.
The Board shall:
- Develop policies to supervise all receipts and disbursements of church funds.
- Submit the annual budget as developed by the staff and reviewed by the Board of Property and Finance to the Church Council for review, and then to the Voters’ Assembly for approval.
- Develop policies to supervise the church’s property.
- Supervise the purchase, sale, mortgage, rental or lease of church property as directed by the congregation.
